How to force Network unlock code prompt:
Get The Unlock Code Prompt:
The Network (NCK) Unlock Code is what you will need to sim unlock your device. Power off your device. Input a sim card NOT from the original carrier. Power it on. Wait for the unlock pin option to pop up. Input code. Unlocked for worldwide use!
*If no unlock pin prompt shows up go to settings app -> connections -> more connection settings -> network unlock -> input NCK code
*Another way to force network unlock code: Dial #7465625*638*# in your phone app and select the green call button. You can the input the network unlock code.
*If all the above steps above fail please backup your device, info, pictures and all app information. Factory Reset your device. After factory reset turn off device and put foreign sim card in. Turn device back on and unlock code input should appear. Restore device.
*If the Network Unlock Code Pop Up Prompt does not appear on your device, the device either cannot be unlocked or the device is not eligible to be unlocked. Some carriers (Spectrum, Verizon, Ect...) require the device to be used on their network for a short period of time on their network before a network unlock code prompt will appear. Carriers implemented this on their devices 2 years ago to reduce the amount of theft on new devices. If this is the case with your specific device please use the device on the original network for 30 more days and then try steps above again.
What is an IMEI number & where is it located?
The International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number is a unique identification or serial number that all mobile phones and smartphones have. It is normally 15 digits long. All iPhone and Android devices have an IMEI 1 and some have an IMEI 2. IMEI 1 is the physical sim tray slot and IMEI 2 is reserved for the Esim. We only need IMEI 1 to network unlock the device. Unlocking IMEI 1 will also unlock IMEI 2 (Esim) as well.

If the service is still processing we cannot cancel. It is an auto API server. When ordered, the service automatically places the order via our unlocking server and cannot be cancelled. It is completed when the auto API service comes back as "completed" (unlocked) or "rejected" (not unlocked). We only provide refunds for rejected services.
