1. How do we perform this amazing, cutting edge of technology service?
Our servers are directly linked and routed into the backend of Apple GSX servers and carrier servers to remove the Apple ID or email the previous owner was using on the device.
2. How do I know if my iPhone requires the screenshot picture?
It is complicated. However, we put the required info for all devices because it does help in removing the locked account on the device. Again, generally the more information the better with everything we do in the unlocking world. But.... if you cannot get the phone number information or the device you need unlocked is not with you, please reach out to us so we can figure out a good plan. Some devices (carrier specific) don't require the pic of the locked screen. If you do not have the phone number of the iPhone, lets say you purchased this iPhone from someone and you turn the iPhone on to see this screen. What we can do in that specific situation is pull the owner info of the device where we can get the Apple ID, Email, Phone Number and name of the owner of any iOS device with simply the device's IMEI number. Once we get that info back it will have the phone number and then we can submit the device for service.

What is an IMEI number & where is it located?
The International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number is a unique identification or serial number that all mobile phones and smartphones have. It is normally 15 digits long.
